Recipe: Hummus Crusted Salmon Bites

Our viral Hummus Crusted Salmon in bite version! This takes our OG recipe to a whole new deliciously crunchy level. Try it over a bed of arugula or a hearty coconut rice bowl. It will not disappoint, catch us making this on repeat.

Ingredients:

  • Salmon filets

  • Hummus

  • Panko bread crumbs

  • Grated Parmesan

  • Thyme

  • Dijon mustard

  • Garlic powder

  • Agave or honey

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Lemon

Directions:

  • Cut your salmon into cubed pieces

  • Coat salmon cubes with hummus

  • In a separate bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs, agave (or honey), garlic powder, dijon mustard, parmesan, salt and pepper, and thyme.

  • Coat each cube of salmon with the panko mixture (we recommend pressing it into the salmon).

  • Put the salmon in the oven (or air fryer)

  • We served ours over a bed of arugula with lemon, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes.
