REVIEW: Bounce Society
This trampoline cardio class makes you burn in allllll the right places! This hour long bounce sesh combines weights, toning moves (legs, butt + abs) and of course, bouncin on your own personal trampoline. There’s a combo of fun + unique moving sequences on the trampoline which takes some practice to get it down, but such a blast once you’re groovin to the rhythm. We would recommend taking a beginner class so you feel comfortable with all the moves before the intermediate/advanced. They offer your first week unlimited for $15 (and also on classpass)! That’s like chipotle with a side of guac aka so fricken cheap.
