REVIEW: Look Fitness
This 30 minute interval training Bootcamp is designed for quick results in a short time. Although it was lower intensity than our usual workouts, it allowed us to focus more heavily on form. We also noticed that this class offers lighter weight options (5-10 lbs) in each station. This studio has just about every type of class you can think of, so next up we’re gonna try boxing... 👊🏻 stay tuned!
