There’s a new studio in townnn! And they do things a bit different; you workout for a cause — @caztrainingclub is a 45 min HIIT + circuit training workout that donates to charities every single class. The dark studio has music blasting (DJ on the weekend) and gets you ready to wurk. First thing we noticed was all the high tech equipment (Versaclimbers, Peloton Treadmills and more). The circuit was 12 exercises, 3 times through (60 seconds on) — non stop movement all the way through so you can just take breaks as you need them. It went by super fast since you’re racing through the rounds QUICK! Since the class was SO packed, we noticed there wasn’t as much personal attention but it was easy to follow along since you just move from station to station + exercises are listed on the screens. How the donation aspect works: they donate to charity once they hit their monthly calorie goal as a studio to encourage people to push themselves even further. You get a calorie tracker to wear on your wrist during the class so you can “work out and give back.”
