Recipe: Orange Juice Marinade & Vinaigrette
Orange Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup of orange juice - we love Natalie’s organic orange juice!
1-2 tablespoons honey (hot honey would taste yummy too or add a little sriracha!)
1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
garlic minced or garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
optional: 1/2 shallot, finely minced
How To:
Mix ingredients together and whisk thoroughly. Store it in a jar in the fridge for up to 1 month and shake before each use.
Orange Marinade
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 tablespoons olive oil
garlic minced
dried seasonings: rosemary, oregano, garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
boneless, skinless chicken thighs
optional: garlic chili sauce
Salad
mixed greens (I like romaine + spring mix)
slivered almonds (sugar glazed if you are feeling extra fun!)
Pulled apart large orange or canned clementines
golden raisins and/or fresh pomegranate seeds
optional: 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
