My posture and flexibility are two things I am always working on, but to be honest I don’t prioritize them enough. That's why I was really excited (and a little nervous) to try @smstretching in Beverly Hills. It is a workout studio dedicated entirely to stretching. The class was challenging and a little painful, in a good way. I left feeling extremely satisfied and already want to go back.

Stretching Class Format: 15 minute light workout to get your heart rate up and then 45 minutes stretching. We held variations of stretches for about 3 minutes each. The instructor gave lots of hands on adjustments and pressure for a deeper stretch.

Parking: Ample street parking (metered) or $5 valet in the back.

Details: LOVE that they set up the room/organize equipment prior to class. "The little things" really set this studio and the quality apart.

Vibe: Clean, simple, chic. Larger room for group classes and smaller room for private sessions.

Footwear: Socks, grip socks, barefoot. I went barefoot.
