You guys, I LOVED this studio. I took their cardio sculpt class which was basically dance cardio the first half and toning exercises the second half. For the dance cardio portion we followed the instructors moves which consisted of shuffling, pop squats, and other creative workout/dance moves to get your heart rate up. We did a couple sequences and then put them all together in a little routine. They were simple enough moves that everyone could follow along, but still made you feel challenged and you get to be a little sassy with it! The sculpt portion used light weights and ankle bands for toning moves. We wrapped up with some floor work to really burn out the glutes and then we were good to go! I was honestly v nervous for this class because it has such a boujie persona to it, but everyone was super welcoming and I felt really comfortable trying some moves I’ve never done before. This is the perfect studio for a workout date with a bestie before weekend brunch!
